Scholarships

If you would like to donate to one of the existing scholarships go to the donate page and enter the scholarship name in the "Purpose" field or you may write a check and mail it to the Woodlake High Foundation using the Support of Excellence (PDF 1,760KB) form.

If you would like to create your own scholarship, please fill out the Scholarship Criteria form or download and mail the Scholarship Criteria (PDF 65KB) form and either write a check or donate online using the name of the scholarship you created in the "Purpose" field.
